Token Usage
The Token Usage section in My Account shows how many AI tokens your interactions consume, helping you understand your usage relative to your plan limits.
What Are Tokens?
Tokens are the unit of measurement for AI model usage. Each message you send to the assistant and each response it generates consumes tokens. Longer messages and more detailed responses use more tokens.
Viewing Your Usage
In My Account, you can see:
- Total Tokens Used: Cumulative token consumption
- Usage by Domain: Which websites consume the most tokens
- Usage Over Time: Daily/weekly/monthly consumption trends
Plan Limits
Each subscription plan includes a token allowance:

|---|---|
| Starter | 100 AI queries/month |
| Pro | Unlimited queries |
| Premium | Unlimited queries |

Token usage resets at the start of each billing period. If you reach your limit on the Starter plan, consider upgrading to Pro for unlimited access.
