Notifications
Appilot keeps you informed about activity related to your account and your knowledge requests.
Types of notifications
- Request resolved: Your knowledge request has been answered — click to see the response
- Knowledge updated: Content relevant to pages you've visited has been updated
- System notifications: Account-related updates from your organization
Viewing notifications
- Open the Appilot panel on any page
- Click the bell icon in the top area
- See your unread notifications with timestamps
- Click a notification to view details
Notification settings
You can configure notification preferences in the extension settings panel. Options include:
- Enable or disable specific notification types
- Control notification frequency
